Face à cette réalité, le gouvernement a annoncé la tenue prochaine d’assises nationales sur l’emploi. Ces rencontres, qui réuniront acteurs publics, privés et société civile, visent à identifier les obstacles à l’insertion professionnelle des jeunes et à proposer des solutions concrètes pour relancer le marché du travail. Toute chose qui souligne l’urgence d’agir avec des solutions idoines.
Un chiffre révélateur d’un marché de l’emploi rigide !
Les assises nationales sur l’emploi se présentent assurément comme l’occasion de repenser nos politiques et de mettre en place des mesures fortes pour inverser la courbe du chômage. Parmi les pistes évoquées figurent la promotion de l’entrepreneuriat jeune, la réforme des programmes de formation professionnelle et le renforcement des partenariats public-privé. Le gouvernement de transition mise également sur des secteurs porteurs.
Il s’agit entre autres du numérique en plein essor, l’agriculture et les énergies renouvelables pour créer des emplois durables. Autant dire que ces assises nationales sur l’emploi suscitent l’espoir d’un changement de cap. Reste maintenant à voir si les engagements pris se traduiront par des actions tangibles, capables de redonner à la jeunesse gabonaise les perspectives d’avenir qu’elle mérite. Ne dit-on pas dans les discours politiciens que « la jeunesse est sacrée ».
Ne pas cerner l’urgence de l’autonomiser c’est la sacrifier. Une perspective peu reluisante pour le Gabon qui, depuis le 30 août 2023, se vante de travailler à remettre le pays sur des bons rails. D’ailleurs, le Général de Brigade Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema avait cru bon de lever le gel des recrutements dans la Fonction publique. Seulement, la léthargie et la conjoncture ont réfréné les ardeurs du patron du CTRI. L’heure est donc à l’exploration d’autres voies
